1 Definitions & Applicability

In this document, "0qqq", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to 0qqq's online betting and casino services. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person who has registered on this platform or is using its services.

These terms & conditions apply to all services offered by 0qqq — including sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, and other entertainment features. By using the services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms.

2 Account Registration

3 Age Limit & Eligibility

To use 0qqq's services, you must:

• Hold a valid bank account or mobile banking account in your own name.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. 0qqq will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone.

Account Sharing Prohibited

Sharing your account with a third party or allowing anyone else to use it is strictly prohibited. You are personally responsible for all transactions on your account, even if carried out by a third party.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example — depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳14,000 earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳24,000.

Wagering Requirements

To withdraw earnings from a bonus, you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount (wagering applies to the bonus amount only, not the total balance). For example — a ৳1,500 bonus requires ৳15,000 in bets to be completed.

Other Promotions

From time to time, 0qqq offers various promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which will be detailed on the offer page. General bonus terms will apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise.

7 Betting Rules

All betting activity at 0qqq is conducted on the basis of fair and transparent policies. The following rules must be followed:

• 0qqq reserves the final right to accept or cancel any bet.
• If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error, the relevant bet will be considered void.
• For sports betting, event results will be determined according to the applicable rules of the sport.
• Casino game results are governed by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a player is suspected of betting based on match-fixing or insider information, their account may be suspended pending investigation.

Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game or market and will be displayed on screen after login. 0qqq reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

8 Prohibited Conduct

Any of the following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
• Following unusual betting patterns with the intention of circumventing bonus terms.
• Using hacking, bots, automated software, or any other unauthorized means.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical vulnerability of the platform.
• Harassing other users or using inappropriate language.

9 Account Closure

At the User's Request

Any member may request to close their account at any time by contacting the 0qqq support team. Any available balance may be withdrawn before closure (subject to applicable conditions being met).

At the Platform's Discretion

0qqq may close or suspend an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Providing false information.
• Evidence of age limit violation.
• Access from a restricted region.

Where sufficient grounds exist, 0qqq bears no liability for forfeited funds.

10 Limitation of Liability

0qqq provides its services for entertainment purposes. 0qqq is not liable for:

• Loss caused by technical issues, network disruptions, or server errors.
• Delays or problems caused by third-party payment processors.
• Loss resulting from a user leaving their own password or account details unsecured.
• Financial loss incurred from gambling of one's own accord.

0qqq's total liability will in no case exceed the amount of the transaction in question.
